許恩恩，台北大學社會學系畢業，清華大學社會所碩士生。擅於規劃活動、主持審議式會議以及現場速記。曾任民間團體《公民憲政推動聯盟》執行秘書，以擴大公民審議為核心價值來推動憲政意識。

大學時期積極參與社會運動，曾任「北大翻牆社」社長，並舉辦全國性交流營隊。比起街頭，在意長期的培力與組織工作。三一八反服貿運動後，思索更有系統的擴大溝通模式，開始接觸公共政策的參與程序。

近年來，經常協助政府部門和民間團體舉辦審議民主、公民參與及網路工具的培訓。較長期合作的專案是國發會公共政策網路參與平台的系列工作坊。

特殊技能是現場文字轉播（速錄），在活動過程中即時將談話內容文字化，讓無法到現場的遠端用戶同步參與，會議結束後也可取得詳盡的會議記錄。

I used to be an activist of students' movement, concerning about gender equality,environmental protection and land justice.After Sunflower movement,I worked at an non-profit organization which campaign constitutional reform with widening public deliberation.From then on,I mainly focused on the way to promote civil participation and deliberation.Besides,I assist gov in training public servants to cultivate open-gov thinking.
