Bilalis a software engineering graduate from Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute (GIKI). He has done his Masters in Software Project Management from FAST-NUCES, Lahore. His interest lies in the field of Software Processes and Project Management and Planning. He loves to read about planning processes and other entrepreneurial books .

He started working as a Computer Engineer at GIKI right after his graduation. He has also diverse experience of web development and client management. He has worked as a freelance consultant on various projects and has experience of managing multiple teams and ensuring the successful completion of projects. He has 2 plus years of experience as Project Coordinator in multiple organizations like SENSYS, Punjab IT Board and Aspire Solutions.

During his stay in Punjab IT Board, he worked on several projects like Disease Surveillance System, Dengue Tracking System, Flood Monitoring System, District Teachers Educator, Environment Protection System and Drug Inspection & Monitoring Evaluating System. He has been coordinating with client departments like Punjab Police, Population Welfare Department, Education Department Punjab and Environment Protection Agency.
