*Silvia Idakwo* is the Executive Director Operations, Silvia's Initiative for Touching Lives NGO.

She has a passion for human capital development using the instrumentality of personal development.

She is proficient in public speaking with over 20 years experience.

She is the founder, Silvia's Initiative for Touching Lives NGO which was unveiled 15 August, 2012 during the mandatory National Service (NYSC).

She holds several certifications.She is a certified Master Trainer in Solar Energy awarded by the National Institute for Solar Energy India. She also have certifications in Project Management, Health, Safety & Environment and many more. She is a COREN certified Engineer.

She is a member, Rotary Club International, National Society of Black Engineers, Nigerian Society of Engineers & Institute of Professional Managers and Administrators.

She considers herself a perpetual student in the school of life.

She is currently holds M.Engr Chemical Engineering and M.Tech Renewable Energy Technology and Management.

She is based in Abuja, Nigeria.
