My specialist area includes defect and life assessment, root cause failure analysis and fitness-for-Service.Expertise has been built up from involving in many projects & development work such as defect assessment, development of Lifing Procedure for high temperature power plant life assessment, electronic atlas of ageing power plant microstructures, failure analysis tool, and cyclic capability study for HRSG,CCGT and Co-Generation plants.

Mr M Hussain has been invited as keynote speaker in various leading international workshop /seminar.

In analytical/numerical skills include stress analysis and life assessment (fatigue, creep, and creep-fatigue analysis), defect assessment, FFS of low and high temperature plants. Proficiency in variety of standards/codes/procedures for different components and damage mechanisms. The practical experience includes BTF analysis, microstructural degradation and RCFA, outage planning, and life assessment of base load designed CCGT/HRSG operating in cyclic mode.

Projects experience include preparation / review of scope of works up grade jobs, extensions, documentation, Inspection, Maintenance coordinating all related function & fully computer literate, ability to quickly and easily learn new thing result oriented and pro active.

I have an inspection experience both in Process, Equipment, pipelines & Piping, Running plants, inspection of Static Equipment, storage tanks, welding joints, piping, pipelines, tubes and pressure vessels, earth moving equipment, lifting gears at different petrochemical industries.

I also involve in inspection and calibration of bulk storage tanks and CNG station inspection. I involve in all NDT inspection and reports preparations and executions.

Experience of working as a surveyor for surveillance of different fabrication and plant commissioning activities. Reviewed and witnessing of welding record. NDT reports, mechanical completion and commissioning activities for different installations.
