Ennie Mhende

Ennie has over 15 years of extensive professional procurement experience in various procurement capacities within large public sector organisations. She completed her MBA in Strategy & Procurement Management at The University of Birmingham and presently working at De Montfort University as a Procurement Category Manager. One of her core responsibilities is to ensure that goods and services are sourced from the best providers on the market at optimal cost to the buying organisation within the given timeframe. She is also responsible for supplier rationalisation and maintenance of carefully vetted preferred vendors lists. She is excellent in working within regulated environments including projects subject to EU legislation, building strong stakeholder relationships at senior level and across multi-functional teams.
