Ennio Senese

Ennio Senese is the Chairman & CEO of STOA International Group of Companies S.A. a global holding company of operating groups in the areas of Energy, Environment, Medical Applications, Manufacturing and Finance. He is in this position since the first of November 2010. In addition, he is Chairman of Omniscient BV, a special services company in the areas of Sustainable development, Mediation and development of Rare Earth Metal concessions, since 1994. From June 2008 until October 2010 Ennio was the lead of Accenture’s Resources practice in the East Mediterranean, based in Rome with offices in Athens and Istanbul. He joined and left Accenture as an Executive Partner. Prior to Accenture, he was an Executive Director with Shell Global Solutions and Chairman of Shell Services Italy where he has worked for eight years, including two years as external Strategy consultant. Ennio has furthermore hold positions with two big five Consulting companies for more then 14 years and on behalf of those companies served major IOC’s and ROC’s among others, in improving performance from strategy to execution, throughout the whole Value and Supply chain, in roles varying from project consultant to project director. Ennio has 24 years of international experience of which 16 years in the Oil industry, with focus on Strategy, M&A;, and Performance Improvement in the areas of Reliability and Efficiency improvements in the manufacturing domain. He has successfully contributed to a number of initiatives in developing countries rich of Natural Resources, from Hydro -carbons to minerals. His contribution consisted of advising leaders of countries to implement separated government functions to manage their Natural resources in the best sustainable manner, and to negotiate operating models and joined ventures with international energy companies. Ennio is 49 years old, married and is a father of three, and studied law and Business Management in Amsterdam and London and holds a Master degree in International Law. He has completed a number of professional and certifying courses with US and European Universities, and is a certified and qualified negotiator. Ennio is a fellow of the Energy Institute, a Fellow of the International Institute of Management Consultants, a Fellow of the Bentley School of Ethics, a Fellow of the Institute of Noetic Sciences and a board member of the Oil Council.
