Ensemble Learning provides innovative, data driven educational solutions with laser-like focus on student achievement. With proven experience in school administration, needs based data analysis, differentiation, assessment, national common core standards and instructional coaching, Ensemble Learning offers a wide range of services that support districts in developing, meeting and monitoring their school improvement goals.

Specifically, Ensemble Learning provides district level and/or school level individualized professional development that builds educators' capacity to meet the ever-changing needs of an academically and demographically diverse student population.

Erika N. Cooper, EdS, Ensemble Learning's founder and principal consultant, has many years of experience as a teacher and school-building administrator in multiple states. As a curriculum and instruction specialist, Mrs. Cooper led, implemented and monitored key school improvement efforts including the adoption of a new instructional framework, transition of state to national standards, increased scrutiny of protocols associated with standardized testing integrity in the midst of growing Georgia scandals, and increased access to advanced level coursework by traditionally underrepresented student populations.

In addition to Mrs. Cooper's educational tenure, she served the non-profit community as a Program Manager and Associate Director of Development. Mrs. Cooper holds a EdS in Educational Leadership (University of West Georgia), MSEd in Education and Social Policy (Northwestern University) and BA in Economics (Spelman College).
