I'm a very blessed individual. From the time I was a young child I was always allowed to help and watch my mother cook and she always did so with passion and flare. My mother thoroughly enjoyed entertaining guests. She definitely had a sense of genuine hospitality which fortunately rubbed off onto me. Growing up, we never went out to restaurants, we went to the markets and made our meals at home. My mom cooked a lot of traditional Filipino dishes but was also inspired by world cuisine. Through the years I adapted all of her cooking techniques and I've also picked up skills from others I've crossed kitchens with. I would say that I have developed my own enticingly rich style. I love taking any recipe or dish and making it in to my own. I really do, do my best to refine every recipe that lands in my lap. But I am no one trick pony and cooking is not my only forte. I also enjoy putting effort into the table setting and presentation. I have been photographing nearly every delectable concoction I've created since way before Pinterest, Facebook, and iPhones. This is just one of my passions. Simple, chic but bursting with amazing flavors and you know it tastes good just by looking at it. My mother planted a seed in me which grew into the many flavors I am fortunate enough to serve my guests. I hope that through Enticingly Rich, I can share my lifestyle with those out there that care to share in my joy.
