Envita Medical Center is a state-of-the-art medical center based in North Scottsdale, Arizona, that offers unique and highly individualized treatment plans consisting of an extensive array of proprietary approaches that combine the latest findings from Western medicine as well as Advanced Natural medicine. The clinic was founded in 2001 by Dr. Dino D. Prato, a graduate of the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, Arizona with a Doctorate degree in Naturopathy. Dr. Prato was inspired to study integrative medicine through a tragedy within his immediate family. When he was 19 years old, his aunt was diagnosed with an advanced stage cancer. “The main recommendation for her prognosis was hospice,” remembers Prato, “but she found more help available in a few natural doctors than she did on the conventional side of medicine.” Her death motivated Prato to become a doctor with a specialization in naturopathy to work on developing therapies for conditions deemed untreatable by the conventional Western medicine clinicians. To realize his goal, Prato founded the Envita Medical Center, the name of which stands for “Saving and Protecting Life”.
