It's a balancing act.

I'm a cofounder of Petal. I'm also a cofounder of a wine business called Germans Gallagher, where we get to make wine in the most magical place in the world - El Priorat. Our wines can be found all over Europe and I would love to get them to the USA. Can you help me make this happen?

I cook everyday and love to organise the inside of a fridge. If I end up in your house, I'll use your kitchen but don't worry, I'm good at cleaning. I spent the first half of my twenties cleaning apartments to help get through university. Second half of my twenties were spent building startups.

I grew up in a small town in the west of Ireland. Since then I've lived in Sitges, Barcelona and Dublin. I used to play rugby and now I roll jiu-jitsu. Lived in a 12m2 apartment for one year with a rice-cooker for a kitchen and a girlfriend. She is now my wife.

I've worked a few jobs which are not on my resume including barista, barman, primary school gym teacher, builder, IT support, cider salesman, kids rugby coach and one or two others which are better left off all lists :)
