Since moving to Seattle from Vermont, I've been translating company stories to the web. I've grown to understand that the difference between your site and the site one tab over is more than just having intuitive navigation or great calls to action, but the story you tell and the trust that narrative creates.

Social media channels; blogs; relevant, rich content; and strong, clear branding allows a company or website to build a community and become a resource for its customers.

Every business has a story. Bringing that story to life online, helping to find the plot line that speaks to an audience and keeps them coming back, is the reason I went into marketing.
