I firmly believe that brilliant ideas, which lead to innovation, mostly arise from everyday life moments. Ideas come from everywhere, from unexpected situation and random conversations. It is critical to take care of due diligence to be a voracious reader, to be informed - Enjoy a TED Talk, a day or a week!

Actually, what matters is to “pay attention”, to be aware of the potential for innovation in every moment, to recognize "The Moment", in which we make the mental connection, that triggers an “Aha Moment”. Many people have Aha Moments, in which we have an idea or inspiration, yet we might let it go.

The key is to be attuned to these moments and to “Not ignore” the opportunity. We need to “Voice” the idea, to not be afraid to “Speak Up” or to initiate a debate or discourse, we need to intensely listen to others, yet also advocate for our ideas.

Now, with 20+ plus years "out-there" working in very diverse business and cultural environment, I have come to realize that the not so secret sauce we need to contribute to a team, is to be an organizational innovation leader and change catalyst - by Doing…

Aha... of course, the not so secret sauce comes together with the required tacit-knowledge and "True Grit", to get thing done and see through to the end. Finally, we get to start once again, as change is the only constant in life and business.
