Hi, I’m Ephrem—an IT professional based in Addis Ababa, open to remote and international opportunities.

I work at the intersection of system administration, ERP systems, and web technologies, with hands-on experience supporting IT infrastructure, managing enterprise data, and contributing to digital solutions that improve business operations.

Most recently, I served as a Master Data Lead during an ERP implementation, where I managed data migration, validation, and governance to ensure system reliability and accuracy. This experience strengthened my ability to work with complex systems and collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.

Beyond ERP, I have a strong foundation in IT support and system administration, along with practical experience in web development using JavaScript, React, and modern frontend tools. I enjoy building solutions, solving problems, and continuously learning new technologies.
