Hence, to avoid the continuous brain drain of such amazing talents, there is the need for the rise of an African company with a huge sense of purpose, core values, and core ideologies that would unite these amazing African talents to a common mission for the benefit of and service to humanity.

Africa has always been a consumer or an imitator of innovation, hardly an originator. Who says the mainstream innovations of the future cannot be initiated from Africa or to bring it closer to home, Nigeria. There are about 200 million Nigerians in the country, and it is fast increasing. Nigeria is projected to be in the top three most populated countries in some years to come.

Human capital and a vast resource of talents would not be a problem for Africa in the near future. We would have them in abundance. As a matter of fact, we do have them in abundance, presently. Revolutionary inventions come with different generations. There was the steam engine, the automobiles, the personal computers, the internet, social media. There would be other revolutionary inventions in the near and far future. Inventions do not come in short supply. This is not about time telling or riding the latest wave in town that only lasts a few years. It is about shaping a culture that can thrive far beyond any person. It is about clock building (a lasting company) that would (and is worthy to) outlive several generations, and in all those generations be at the forefront of innovations.
