Jasnica Klara Matic

Jasnica Klara Matić is an international expert, a trainer and a coach, located in Zagreb, Croatia.

She finished the Diplomacy Academy at the Austrian Study for Peace Studies in Stadtschlaining, Austria and the Diplomacy Academy at the UNESCO, International Hydrological Programme in Paris, France. Besides that she finished the United Nations Environmental Law Programme at the Regional Environmental Centre for Central and Eastern Europe in Szentendre, Hungary and the Law Faculty-International Law in Novi Sad, Serbia.

She worked for a wide lap of intern-governmenntal and international organizations and for the ministries in Croatia and abroad.

She is one of the founders and first president of the Association Equilibrium, established in 2000. in Zagreb, Croatia at the Ministry for Justice and Administration, with the mission to be one of the first organizations in South Eastern Europe in the field of realization and protection of universal environmental human rights , analysis of existing and preparation of new environmental legislation and institutions.

Her fields of work are as follows:

- Building, organization, coordination and development of conflict prevention, peaceful conflict resolution and post-conflict rehabilitation teams;

- Coaching of team members on increasing their capability to implement the conflict prevention, peaceful conflict resolution and post-conflict rehabilitation methods both when the conflict is based on cultural, religious or ethnic diversity as well when it is based on natural disasters, natural environmental deviation or limited use of natural resources;

- Coaching of team members on increasing their capability to advocate on behalf of their organization with other organizations, bodies, movements and networks;

- Creation through cooperation with team members and according to their personal and team quality the best pattern for the team functioning;

- Creation through cooperation with team members a best pattern for harmony between their personal identities and the identity of team;

- Creating through cooperation with team members the best pattern for development and sustainability of good work and success both of each of them personally, the team and the organization.
