Equirium Analytics is a business valuation and financial advisory firm working across the United States and India.

For US companies, we prepare 409A valuations, ESOP and stock compensation valuations under ASC 718, purchase price allocations under ASC 805, and fair value measurements under ASC 820. Our US valuation practice is led by founder Harsh Patel, a NACVA Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) with five years of valuation experience. Reports are built to hold up under audit review, not just to clear a filing deadline.

In India, we handle regulatory valuations across the frameworks that carry real exposure: IBBI valuations for Securities or Financial Assets, Rule 11UA valuations under the Income Tax Act, FEMA and FDI compliance certification, ESOP valuations, SEBI matters, and valuations under the IBC for resolution professionals. This work is delivered by our team of IBBI-registered valuers, led by Harsh Patel (CVA).

We also build the financial groundwork behind the number: DCF models, three-statement models, comparable company analysis, and transaction advisory support for founders raising capital or preparing an exit.
