I’m Er. Afroz, a Civil Engineer, Project Manager, Website Developer, and Founder of Afroz Civil. Born in October 1996 in Chailahan Kothi village, Motihari, Bihar, I am the son of Shaikh Rohul Haque and the youngest of eight siblings. Growing up in a humble village environment gave me the values of discipline, resilience, and perseverance that continue to guide my journey. In April 2024, I married Nahida Jamal, and today we live in Delhi, where I pursue my career while staying deeply rooted in my origins.

With 6+ years of experience, I serve as a Project Manager at Manomav Engineers Pvt. Ltd., Noida, where I manage residential, commercial, and industrial projects with a focus on quality execution, cost efficiency, and timely delivery. My expertise includes RCC & structural works, industrial facilities, interior fit-outs, and site coordination.
🌐 Entrepreneurship & Digital Work:
I am the Founder of Afroz Civil, a platform where I share construction knowledge, modern techniques, and career guidance for engineers and architects. Through YouTube, workshops, and webinars, I aim to bridge the gap between academics and field practices.
As a Website Developer, I also create digital platforms that empower professionals with tools for collaboration, learning, and project management.
