- Yokogawa CS3000 / CENTUM-VP - All E&C activities – DCS Logic Building & Modifications, FAT/SAT, Hookups, Cable Scheduling, Report Generation, Graphic Modification and all field instruments.
- Directed workplace safety protocols and EHS KPIs, ensuring zero-accident compliance during high-risk commissioning phases.
UBEPL Unit-1 / IJT Travelling Grate Boiler & 15MW Chinese Turbine – June, 2019 to July 2024
- Heading the E&I Department in 15MW Turbine & 70TPH Bio-Mass IJT Make Boiler of SAEL Ltd.
- Responsible for all new installation and maintenance of whole HT / LT – Feeders/Breakers/VFDs for Electrical system & 132KV Switchyard.
- Core member of SAP implementation Team- PP, SD & QM (Prepared master data for all SAEL units)
- Monthly Energy Export Billing and Legal Compliance with state electricity board (PSPCL/PSTCL)
- Support to Purchase Team for Procurement, Inventory management & deals with Insurance compliance etc.
