Eran Shafir is The Jewish Agency’s Regional Representative to Canada. He is previously the Director of International Relations Department for the Leo Baeck Education Center, and serves as a reserve-duty company commander, with the rank of a Major, in the IDF’s Armored forces.
Eran grew up in Kiryat Motzkin in the North of Israel and holds certification as an educational facilitator . He is an active Member of The pluralistic community of 'Eliav' in the northeastern Negev.
He is married to Or Zilberman and is father to three “beautiful princesses”: Yali, Na’ama & Tamar.
