I'm Erdem Levent, a passionate and experienced Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) teacher with over a decade of expertise in the field. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Teaching French from Istanbul University, a Master’s in Teaching French as a Foreign Language specialized in the British Education System from the University of Lille, and I am currently pursuing a PGCE in MFL at UCL to obtain NQT/ECT/QTS status.
Throughout my career, I have taught French and English across a variety of settings, from private schools and volunteer work with refugees in Turkey to diverse schools in the United Kingdom. My teaching philosophy emphasizes not only linguistic proficiency but also fostering cultural awareness and real-world communication skills.
In addition to teaching, I actively engage in managing extracurricular activities such as musical productions, which promote teamwork and creativity. I also enjoy exploring new tech tools and writing language learning manuals to enhance the learning experience.
