I'm working as a SAP solution architect for more than 15 years at various full cycle and roll-out SAP projects implemented in both manufacturing and service industries. My major motivation is to design customer-centric niche solutions at Advanced Analytics to help my clients in scaling of their digital transformation, leveraging new AI capabilities and new forms of automation such as RPA to achieve process optimization. Moreover, I concentrate on developing innovative approaches in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) domain throughout a Business Process Reengineering paradigm.

As the academical background, I earned the bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Middle East Technical University in 2004. I received my master’s and doctorate degrees in Information Systems from Informatics Institute at Middle East Technical University in 2009 and 2018 respectively. My major research interests are Machine Learning, Data Mining (especially Process Mining), Business Process Management and Business Process Intelligence.

Throughout the academical research, I formerly focused on hybrid approaches on process discovery field. Then I extended my research interests towards cross-organizational process mining applications such as sequence alignment adaptation on process similarity measurement, process family clustering and process configuration. I designed several algorithms and published research papers at the corresponding fields. As a business value, I aim to identify generic and coherent configurable process models that unify the industry-level common best practices. Shortly, I'm a process mining enthusiast.
