Erez Harosh

Erez Harosh is the president of Xcash Financial Services Inc in Toronto, Canada.

Erez was born in Tel Aviv, Israel. He graduated from his Dental Technician studies on 2001 and received Certificate of Excellence. Short after that was recruit to serve in the IDF as a military fireman. From a young age Erez knew that he will be a business man when he grows up. He started this journey right after his military service in Israel as the owner of very successful Dental Laboratory in Tel Aviv, Israel. He also started his first steps in the loan department serving small businesses.

In 2005, following a job offer from a company in Canada, he moved with his wife and children to Toronto, Canada. Although being able to feel welcome in the new place, the migration process was not easy, it involved learning local fluent language, getting involved in the new community and the most important, finding his way in the new place.

At first he naturally was drawn to the local Dental Technician world. Not being able to open his own Dental Laboratory because of the local regulation, he found himself working as an employee for local business, but this did not last long. In 2009 he decided to abandon the world of dental and move to the financial world. His previous knowledge of finance, Financial Markets and his high ability to work with numbers helped him significantly.

Xcash Financial Services Inc. was established in 2010 in attempt to provide a valuable service to the local clients who are in need of urgent cash and are unable to get it elsewhere. Since defined as “High Risk” by the conventional banks, they are being turned down and rejected by the banks, their friends, or their family.

Xcash Financial Services Inc. have helped numerous people in very tough financial circumstances, when needed to make rental payments and have roof above their head, pay for urgent medical expenses, tuition fees and help with urgent expenses needed by their families abroad. The success of Xcash Financial Services Inc. is going back to the community here and abroad. When the Typhoon Yolanda hit the Philippines, causing huge damage and life casualties, he as the president of the company decided that it’s time to help and on the way to the Philippines was money donation , cloths, blankets and much more. He is also involved in the local community and supports nonprofit able organizations.
