Eric Cardona

Graduated from Western High School in 2010 and currently entering my senior year at the University of Las Vegas Nevada. Planning on graduating in the fall of 2014 and enroll into the William Boyds Law School in 2015. Currently an Americorps volunteer working at the Nevada System of Higher Education as an ambassador for the Gotocollegenevada.org campaign. Previous experience includes being the president of the organization United for Future Students who are dedicated to promoting higher education by providing the resource with the high school students. I have also been involved as an community organizer with the Nevada Youth Coalition (NVYC) who promotes community and civic engagement amongst the youth.

Born in Bishop California but raised in Las Vegas. In my free time I enjoy hanging out with friends and playing sports like Running, Soccer and swimming. I also enjoy watching action and horror movies. I enjoy listening to old school and spanish music along with some hip hop and rap. I one day hope to become a great leader that will help make a difference in the lives of the underrepresented people.
