Eric Casady is a Chicago based actor. He received his B.F.A. from the Theatre Conservatory at the Chicago College of Performing Arts at Roosevelt University. After college Eric furthered his training by studying Meisner Technique at Act One Studios in Chicago. He had the privilege of performing at the highly respected Steppenwolf Theatre on their first ever Shakespeare Production in THE TEMPEST, directed by Tina Landau. Eric also performed the role of "golden boy" Brandon Hardy in the play GOOD BOYS AND TRUE by Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa at Chicago's Theatre Wit, where he received exceptional reviews from such sources as TimeOut Chicago and the Chicago Tribune for his "swaggering" performance. Eric worked at many other Chicago Theatres such as The Lyric Opera of Chicago, Stage 773, and the Chopin Theatre. Eric also recently spent time in Los Angeles filming several films, including title roles in: FATHER AND SON, CONSEQUENCE, and BACK BROKE. Along with acting, Eric is a trained singer and dancer.
