My name is Eric Costas. For one year, I worked at the White House. Then, as a go-fer for a congressman. Then I ditched mixing it up in the battlefield that is DC and went to Cambridge.

I studied journalism and communication. In 2012 I met with a crazy group of journalists who wanted to change the way readers read and respond to the news. They already had a name: Newsr.

Newsr will in fact change the landcape of journalism. It will be an entirely new platform that will not only deliver quality fast-breaking news but also provide a community to discuss it with. Long-form and short-form treated equally.
