I am a Director for Enterprise IT Security in the University of Houston-System and UH-Victoria's Information Security Officer.

Over the past 20 years I grew the network environment from a single Dell server and a thin wire network to a 70+ server, highly virtualized network supporting 10G, many TB of storage and all the processing power needed to support thousands of users.

Most of my time now is spent in the policy and procedure side, using my experience and the those of the talent who work for me to streamline business processes and provide the best environment possible.
