Eric Quesada

Eric Quesada graduated from Universidad de Costa Rica in San Jose in 1985 with a master's in industrial engineering, having also studied three years of Business Management. Subsequently he earned master's degrees in business administration from Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico in 1988. In 2003 he earned a Development of Directivity Competencies from the Tecnologico de Monterrey, Mexico.

He has developed business in different sectors in all Central American countries, Mexico and Dominican Republic as networking, commercial, human resources and services. His interests lie in the start-up, set up and operate new business, contribute to provide jobs within the region. He has been profesor of Business Administration and Industrial Engineering at Instituto Tecnológico de Costa Rica, Universidad Interamericana de Costa Rica y Universidad Autónoma de Centroamérica.

Actually, he is the Regional Director of Manpower Central America and Dominican Republic. He is the author of several articles for business and Human resources magazines and newspaper within the region. He has been lecturer and spokesman for seminars, forums of current subjects about business, management and human resources. He is permanent collaborator for Human Capital management for local, multinational and global companies. He speaks English and Spanish fluently.
