So, a little about me: I am a senior here at Texas Tech majoring in Technical Communication. I am also working towards a minor in Spanish. I am thinking about moving on to law school after my undergrad is complete. I served four years in the United States Marine Corps. During my time in the Corps I was fortunate to be able to travel around the world. I have been to multiple countries in South America, and various European countries. I did a combat tour in Afghanistan in 2011.

In September of 2009 I married my wife Kyra, the love of my life. We are adjusting to life in Lubbock, but luckily we have a great support system in our family here.

I have a strong interest in writing, however never really flourished as a “creative” type of writer. Technical writing is something that combines perfectly my love of writing and my analytical mind. The money doesn’t hurt either!

This page will be a portfolio of assignments I complete in various classes. I hope they can be used to showcase some of my skills in the future as well as help me learn more about creating great materials.
