Eric Watkins

EricWatkins is a seasoned Information Technology (IT) Professional with over 25years of experience. Eric has worked ofvarious computer equipment from a mobile mainframe to desktop computers to rackmounted servers. Eric started his ITcareer in 1989 by joining the United States Air Force (USAF). Eric completedhis technical training at Keesler Air Force Base in Biloxi, Mississippi and wasstationed at Andrews Air Force Base, Washington DC. While in USAF Eric was deployed to King Abdul-AzizAir Base, Dhahran, Saudi Arabia in support of Operation Desert Storm. After leaving the USAF, Eric worked forEastman Kodak Company in Midland, Texas. Eric moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico while working for School Vison andComputer Corner. While at ComputerCorner, Eric support Sandia and Los Alamos National Laboratories. Eric move to Plano, TX in 2000 to work forJCPenney. While at JCPenney, Eric workedfor various department including Marketing, Home Office Systems Support, and EnterpriseServer Support. After a corporatelay-off, Eric moved to Terremark at Verizon Company supporting the ServiceDelivery Program. Eric realized he wasnot an application support kind of person. After another lay-off, Eric found his current position with AdvocareInternational as an IT Infrastructure Support Manager. Eric and his wife, Mary, have married for over24 years. Eric and Mary have 4 children, Charles aSenior at Texas A&M University at Commerce, Thomas a Freshman at MerryvilleUniversity, Joseph a Sophomore at Little Elm High School and Madaleine a 4Grader Oak Point Elementary. Ericcertifications include Hewlett Packard printer and desktops; AppleCareTechnician, Apple Certified Technical Consult, and ITILv3. Eric is an Eagle Scout and is working on hisBachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences in applied Technology and PerformanceImprovement from University of North Texas.
