I'm from and currently reside on the NH seacoast. I'm a student majoring in Hospitality and Marketing. I've created a podcast called Restaurant Unstoppable. The reason why I created this podcast was, because I wanted to discover what it is about todays successful restaurants that make them so successful. While food is a huge component of the restaurant, its my belief that food doesnt have the most to do with why a restaurant is successful. It is all of the other facters like leadership, management and marketing that ultimately lead to the success of a restaurant and these are the topics my podcast will cover.
