I consider myself a creative nerd.
I am a technology management consultant who craves difficult and impossible projects; bringing order to chaos through creativeness is my passion. My consulting experience has focused on business, technology, and innovation planning and management, as well as leading large IT acquisitions and software product development teams. Always believing technology can aid in solving the "big picture" problems of humanity, I strive to help guide and mentor people and organizations to design and apply the best technologies to the right problems.
I am also a public speaker, humanitarian, and founder of Tangerine Consulting, Inc. in Reston, Virginia. Speaking engagements include IEEE, ASQ, IRS, and other local professional societies and organizations. Current humanitarian efforts center on creating a non-profit for sponsorship of children's athletic teams in developing countries, as well as local initiatives combating hunger and homelessness.
I hold a B.S. in Finance and an M.S. in Information Systems Technology from George Mason University and George Washington University, respectively. I am also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
