My past experiences have ranged from delivering newspapers, washing dishes, being a 911 dispatcher and real estate agent to becoming a leader and mentor to QA teams focused on software and hardware in the consumer electronics marketplace. Some of the best moments have been rallying the teams through high pressure challenges to release successful products.
