My name is Eric Laurence Nairac and I was born and raised in Durban, South Africa. After receiving a primary and secondary education at Clifton School and College, Durban, I travelled down to the University of Cape Town. I graduated Bachellor of Commerce specializing in the field of financial accounting. I then attended Silwood School of Cookery where I graduated with a certificate and diploma in fine culinary arts. In 2014, I worked on to completing the well-renound post-graduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship offered at the University of Cape Town. Today I am co-founder and owner of company - 33 Degrees. In the 2015 year, I am looking for employment to expand my knowledge and focus on personal development.
