Eric has extensive experience in commercial projects, new product launches, manufacturing and managing high performance commercial teams. He is currently the Head of Practice working with HWG Consulting, and has an MBA in Marketing & Finance. His core responsibilities in the organisation include ensuring the company’s ongoing success and profitability, and leading the turnaround and structuring of business units. He has creative qualities combined with a cooperative leadership style.

With an extended understanding of Business practices, now convinced,that the short term model we have seen since 1980 need to be reviewed to preserve our capitalist model to colapse, I do paticipate and guide the strategic planning process of companies understanding the urgency to change.

Let me please explain.

The platform of positive Economy promoted by some of the brightest thinkers, need to be looked into by the world political leaders and entrepreneurs. The promotion of long range economy, respecting local cultures and obviously the planet is an urgent need. As leaders it s our duty to think about future genarations in a comprehensive and global way. As an exemple, The tyranny of short term, next quarter profit to please the stock exchange and the majority of the banking corporations is not only unfair but also a major risk for capitalism.

Fundamental initiatives as microcredit, PlanetFinance, the Bill Gate foundation, family owned companies as the Wurth corporation and many others are in place and are incredibly positive , Great leaders are showing us the way. Many companies are evolving fast!

Now as owners and managers of large, medium and small Businesses it is our role to contribute to re-adjust the model, Let me, get it right, this is not about to go against captitalim, but to strengthen it for the long term.
