I am a doctoral student in the Higher Education program at Florida State University, where I also serve as a Graduate Assistant at the Center for Leadership & Social Change in the Leadership Learning Research Center.

My research interests focus on the integration of critical leadership pedagogy and critical race theory in leadership education. I am committed to integrating social justice and critical frameworks through my teaching practices, both in leadership education, as well as student affairs and higher education. Taking from 5+ years as a practitioner in leadership, social justice, diversity, and first-year transition, my scholarship is influenced by the theory-practice-theory process of applying research.

My life is also filled with dog walks and lots of coffee from my favorite spot in Tallahassee - Lucky Goat.
