Erica Shannon

Erica Shannon is a first year undergraduate student studying Marketing at the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University. She is set to graduate in the spring of 2018 and hopes to continue to pursue a Masters in Business Administration.

Erica is originally from Plano, Texas and is grateful for the many opportunities that Plano provided her with. Equipped with both social and educational skills, Erica transitioned smoothly into her college years with a motivation for success that truly sets her apart from other students. She joined Pi Beta Phi and involved herself immediately into a position of leadership by interviewing and receiving a position on the Standards Board of the sorority. The organization also demands, and therefore teaches, mass amounts of responsibility and desire to present itself well.

Erica is driven, most importantly, but her hope to make a difference in the way that people see things by creatively incorporating her personal touch into everything she does. As a leader and someone who has been taught well, she intends to only perpetuate these things to learn more through her experiences.
