Thus far, i have worked at Pathmark as a Floral Department Manager for six years, in which i oversaw the ordering of supplies, replenished products, performed inventory, and maintained department flow of customer request.
i have also worked at Kmart as a Front Check-Out Supervisor for four years, where I delegated assignments to 6-8 Customer Service representatives, and 20+ cashiers. My daily responsibilities included the following:
- Developed weekly schedules for direct reports
- Authorized payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
- Ensured the quality of customer service
- Supervised personnel: training, motivation, appraisal, etc.
- Handled any inquiries and complaints and monitor customer service
- Managed money handling
I have also successfully completed an Externship for Medical Assisting at St Joseph's Ambulatory Center in the department of Pediatric Sub-specialities.
