A wife, a mom, an athlete transition and career coach, an ICF Associate Certified professional coach (ACC), a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator (CWDF), an athlete, a Boilermaker, a sister, a PR & social media consultant and a swim coach.

I am an International Coach Federation Associate Certified Coach, as well as a social media, and communications consultant.

With the combination of my personal athletic experience, coaching expertise, professional career expertise and support, I work with my clients to create custom programs to help them reach their goals, develop skillsets and succeed -- in athletics and in life. These strategies are successful for student-athletes and elite athletics, as well as recent college graduates. I also work with coaches, teams and military members and their families.

I received an ACTP certificate in Professional Coaching for Life & Work from the University of California Davis and a Communications degree from Purdue University. I am also a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator (CDWF) for The Daring Way™ based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown.
