Trained as an Arts Psychotherapist, I closed my practice 18 months ago, to take a sabbatical. This led to me selling my house and I am now learning about Permaculture, Biodynamics and working on a placement at Ashwood Farm in East Sussex. All with a view to buying land abroad and starting a project encouraging others to find new ways of thinking about and being with their own aging process.
