Erica Howell

I am an adaptable and experienced higher education professional seeking to enhance the learning environments of diverse student populations. I enjoy working in team environments, proactive outreach, and intervention strategies, and I seek to increase student persistence and satisfaction.

I am from Roanoke, Virginia, and I live in Norfolk, Virginia. I received a BFA in graphic design from Longwood University in 2007, where I was involved in the student radio station and student government association. I am now a second year student in the Higher Education Leadership MSEd program at Old Dominion University. I am also the Assistant Director of Communications in the Office of Alumni Relations at ODU.

In my free time, I like spending time with my husband and dog, running, reading, and traveling.
