Dr. Erica Heppe is a National Board Certified Doctor of Chiropractic. She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree cum laude from Palmer Chiropractic College West in the San Jose, California. Dr. Heppe has pursued extensive studies in Cox-Flexion Distraction and is a certified practitioner. She is also certified in the Activator Methods.

During school she was actively involved in the Student American Chiropractic Association and held the National Legislative Vice-Chair position from September 2013-Septmeber 2014. She was honored to be selected for Pi Tau Delta, a chiropractic honor society.

Dr. Erica Heppe was born in Arlington, VA and grew up in Spotsylvania, VA. In 2010, Dr. Heppe received her B.A. from the University of Virginia with a major in Biology and a minor in Government.

She is committed to providing thorough, gentle and effective chiropractic care for all ages and entire families. She incorporates her yoga training into practice to help with lung function, balance, and mindfulness. She believes in listening, educating, and encouraging her patients to take an active role in their health and wellness. Her goal is to increase her patients overall wellness, by increasing patients ability to eat, move, sleep, and think at a higher caliber.
