Erica Jedynak is the COO for yes. every kid., a leading national advocacy organization with a families-first approach to transform education, where she oversees public affairs and business operations. Jedynak is a seasoned media professional; and has been published in The Wall Street Journal and Forbes, quoted in the NY Times, and appeared on Fox Business, NJ News 12, and Bold TV.
Jedynak brings executive leadership and experience building coalitions, as the former Director of Economic Opportunity for Stand Together (Koch Network), New Jersey State Director for Americans for Prosperity, and in numerous staff roles in legislative offices and on the campaign trail. She received distinctions, including the NJ Globe's Top 100 Most Powerful People, the Athena International Leadership Award, “Top Young Female Talent on the Right” voted by Save Jersey readers, and InsiderNJ's Power 100 List and Top 100 Policymakers.
Jedynak currently serves on the boards of the Institute for the American Worker and Drew University’s College Alumni Association. Previously, she was appointed to the New Jersey State Advisory Committee for the U.S. Civil Rights Commission and joined the American Enterprise Institute's Leadership Network. Jedynak also participated in a diplomatic exchange with Australia through the American Council of Young Political Leaders.
She holds a B.A. in Political Science, cum laude from Drew University; and studied at both the United Nations Headquarters in NYC and abroad at the Institute of Venice, Italy. Jedynak later earned a Mini-MPA from Rutgers University’s Center for Executive Leadership in Government. She calls New Jersey home, where Jedynak and her husband were named a 2019 Power Couple by Insider NJ.
