Erica is passionate about environments and experiences that emotionally resonate with guests.

As a child, Erica dreamed of being an architect and designer. As robotics clubs slowly began replacing art camps, she fell into a more technical college education. While Erica found machines intriguing, her love for the arts and entertainment drew her away from the profession she was now expected to fulfill and back towards the fields of architecture and design.

Erica became the in-house Scenic Designer for the Stanford Savoyards before beginning her career at Universal Creative working on interactive guest experiences for the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Studios Hollywood.

A creative person with technical know-how, Erica designs location-based experiences which delight and bring people together.
