Erica Morgan

A student and aspiring entrepreneur, Erica has worked in various retail environments, both in a competitive commission-based sales position, and in non-competitive sales teams. Through her experiences, she has developed the ability to communicate effectively with others, as well as deal with any conflicts that may arise in a customer service position. She has experience in merchandising, inventorying, sales, marketing, and record keeping. She also has experience working in several museums in collections management positions.

An avid traveller, Erica has visited many countries and lived and worked in Scotland. She plans to see as much of the world as she can in her lifetime, gaining new experiences and seeing amazing and wonderful sights.

When she's not wandering the globe, Erica would like to one day run her own small business, selling gifts and crafts from her own shop. She is currently enrolled in her second year of Small and Medium Enterprise Management at Algonquin College, which will help her gain the skills and knowledge necessary to achieve her goals.
