Beautiful Okanagan Valley
My wife and I moved to the Okanagan in 2004. We have two beautiful children with whom we experience the splendors of the Okanagan. I enjoy sports in the form of bike rides with the family, mountian biking, beach volleyball, and regularly competing in squash matches with a co-worker to determine the unfortunate receipient of the uncomely "losers" trophy.
Besides science and technology in their ever-varying and expanding forms I also like modifying whatever I need to to fit a purpose.
Last year I worked with some elementary school students in an extra-curricular FIRST Junior LEGO League program which helps them to learn about science and technology through the LEGO platform.
I recently received ASTTBC's Advanced Technology Award.
