Welcome! Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me. I am the executive producer and host of a talk show called Inside The Journey where I invite guests to share their stories of triumph so that audience members are encouraged and empowered for their own journeys. My niche is producing inspirational content using multimedia, targeting mid-career, African American women influencers. I have experience in editing, production, scripting, writing, ad copy, camera operation, graphic design, social media, acting and hosting.
I am a Certified Christian Life Coach with the goal to help people live the life they were created to live. My passion to love the marginalized teaching them about their true identity and purpose propelled me to launch bi-weekly interactive, biblically-centered teachings called, Girl Talk. Girl Talk is held at the Metro Transitional Facility for incarcerated women who are six to twenty-four months from their release date. My goal in this work is to help prevent recidivism and empower those impacted by incarceration to be the best they can be.
