Hey, I’m Erica!

I started my HR experience with Houle Electric. I got my hands on a TON of different areas of HR in a short amount of term.

I then dove head first into recruiting at Hootsuite in the days of insane growth. At that time were were hiring 400+ people a year!

Since 2016 I've been with MetaLab on the People Ops team. I manage the recruiting team, and make sure we're always getting top talent.

Other things I enjoy: cooking, baking, hiking, gluing things to other things (i.e. crafting).
