Erica Starling

I am currently working as a marketing manager for a large national Veterinary Partnership and studying towards my Professional Diploma in Marketing with the CIM.

I started working in the veterinary industry in 1999 and whilst progressing through the various roles, discovered my interest and talents lie in client interaction and the promotion of services and products. Having always worked in the service sector, I am very aware of the need to engage and add value to a customer's experience and enjoy making things enjoyable!
