From the first newspaper that I delivered at the age of 10 till now, I have been involved in understanding what it means to meet and exceed client expectations.
Given I have had considerable time to hone my sales acumen in many different industries and countries I have some sense of what clients want and need. Given my experience of the last five years this particularily true as it relates to HRMS technology. HRMS functionality has increased dramatically in the last five years, driven primarily by the demands of a more sophisticated HRMS user base. As result when approached to spearhead and manage the sales effort of Adequasys in the North American market my first question was can it do what the top 10% of HRMS users want.
