Eric Cecava is a healthcare executive whose career spans hospital operations, physician relations, and financial management. He was born in North Platte, Nebraska, raised in Ogallala alongside his brother Ted, and later studied industrial engineering at Purdue University before earning a Master of Business Administration from The Ohio State University.

Before entering healthcare, Eric Cecava held manufacturing and supply chain roles at Delphi Automotive and Honeywell International. He transitioned into healthcare in 2010 at Adena Health System in Ohio, progressing through process improvement and regional operations roles before serving as Chief Operating Officer across a three-hospital system serving 400,000 patients.

In 2018, he moved to McLaren Port Huron in Michigan as Chief Operating Officer and was named President and CEO in 2020. Over six years, he oversaw a hospital, skilled nursing facility, and integrated medical group while directing physician recruitment, clinical program development, and facilities expansion. A proud father to his son Mason, he spends time outside of work boating, golfing, and volunteering, and also enjoys travel, reading, and cooking. He is active in community service in St. Clair County, including the YMCA and local economic development efforts.
